"Confluence has provided me with many dynamic growth opportunities. I began my career ten years ago as an entry-level technical consultant and was given the opportunity to broaden my skills by moving into business consulting and project management roles. This breadth of core skill development gave me the tools and perspective to further advance my career into my current people and departmental management role."
